Membership of the Club is open to all owners of HD & HR Holdens, other models of 'chrome-bar' Holden and any individual with a genuine interest in the core focus of the Club. We accept application from anywhere within Australia and its territories for all or our targeted model Holden models - whether they be stock or modified, running or laid-up, anywhere within Australia and it's territories.

MEMBERSHIP TYPES AND FEES

​

Ordinary Member:

• owns a HD and/or HR model Holden vehicle

• must be of minimum driving age and possess the appropriate class of driver’s licence, as issued by an authorised State authority

• holds a 1-vote privilege for voting on Club matters

• permitted to buy, wear and display official Club-logo branded clothing and stickers

• access to the private ‘Members Only’ area on the official Club website

• eligible to hold a Committee position, upon nomination and majority vote

• automatic recipient of all Club communications, including by email, SMS/text and newsletter

• fees are $45 for the first year, then a $40 annual renewal fee

Associate Member:

• owns a Holden model other than HD and/or HR but manufactured between the years of 1948 – 1982 (i.e. 'chrome-bar')

• must be of minimum driving age and possess the appropriate class of driver’s licence, as issued by an authorised State authority

• holds a 1-vote privilege for voting on Club matters

• permitted to buy, wear and display official Club-logo branded clothing and stickers

• access to the private ‘Members Only’ area on the official Club website

• eligible to hold a Committee position, upon nomination and majority vote

• automatic recipient of all Club communications, including by email, SMS/text and newsletter

• fees are $45 for the first year, then $40 annual renewal fee

Remote Member:

• owns any Holden model manufactured between the years of 1948-1982

• Remote is defined as a garaging address of member’s vehicle/s is outside of an 80km radius of the Club’s meeting place - Lions@Springwood Club at 2 Pannikin St, Rochedale South

• must be of minimum driving age and possess the appropriate class of driver’s licence, as issued by an authorised State authority

• holds a 1-vote privilege for voting on Club matters

• permitted to buy, wear and display official Club-logo branded clothing and stickers

• access to the private ‘Members Only’ area on the official Club website

• NOT eligible to hold a Committee position

• automatic recipient of all Club communications, including by email, SMS/text and newsletter

• fees are $45 for the first year, then $40 annual renewal fee

Please note:

• New members are requested to purchase a Club polo/regular shirt on joining ($50/$70).

• Your partner may be part of your membership, however a single membership carries only one vote

• An extra administration fee of $20.00 applies for a Queensland Special Interest Vehicle Scheme dating certificate.

As a member, you will have many opportunities to interact with your fellow members at car shows, club runs, swap meets, etc. You will also have access to hard to find parts, accessories and information through our contacts - in-house, local and interstate.

 

Should you wish to become a member, simply complete the downloadable form choosing the most suitable membership class for your circumstance, then bring it along to the next available club meeting with your membership fee and your vehicle or email it directly to the Club Secretary.

All new applications are voted in by a majority of members present at the meeting.
