All Holden Day - Holden Out For A Cure.

Redlands Showgrounds - Cleveland Qld

From 8:00am to 2:00pm - Admission $6 adults children under 12 free.

Free parking on site.

For those not displaying - the club will meet and travel to the Showgrounds together:

Meeting Point : - Lions -  Springwood - Car park . Please be assembled ready to depart at 7:30am

Travel via Rochdale Rd {30} Turn Right onto Ford Rd - that becomes Avalon Rd - Turn Right at Roundabout onto Duncan Rd {21} - travel through next roundabout [now divided road] - turn left at traffic lights onto Panorama Drive [46] - follow straight onto Wellington street - turn right into Coburg street - then 3rd right into Smith street. ... look for entry into showgrounds.

Park as best you can, Enjoy the day.

FX-FJ Holden Club of Queensland Inc, Presenting HOLDEN OUT FOR A CURE ALL HOLDEN DAY Open to Holden’s rom 1948 onwards Redland Showgrounds , Long St, Cleveland Sunday 28th November,2021 8:00am - 2:00pm Supporting The Cancer Council Queensland. 

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY and REFUND  POLICY

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1: PRE - ENTRY CLOSES 30th October 2021. Please note that no pre-entrant trophy will be available to entrants after this date 

2: All participants are to observe the directions given by Officials at the site.

3:  Note: Cars must be parked in the same class, or they may not be judged.  Judges will not have time to search for vehicles parked in other  places.

4: The decision of judges will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

5: SET UP TIME 6.00 AM TO 8.00 AM NOTE: Cars are to be on the field ready for judging by 8.00am.

6: To save time and enable the Committee to present the trophies at a reasonable time, please arrive as early as possible.

7: Car Entry will be by ticket only (Entry fee of $15 includes 2 adults and children) $5 for each extra Adult in vehicle.

8:  All vehicles are to remain stationary on the field until 1pm. If you  require to leave early you must contact an Official to be escorted from  the field. Trophies will be issued in classes/classification as follows  (excludes display only):1-3 vehicles (paid entries) 1st placeonly, 4-6  vehicles (paid entries) 1st & 2nd place only, 7-12 vehicles (paid  entries) 1st, 2nd &3rd place only, and 13 vehicles (paid entries)  1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th place only. A.H.D. reservesthe right to issue  extra trophies in an individual class

9: Competition class – non-registered vehicles such as drag / rally/ sprint cars (incl roll cage, racewheels, high power mods).

10:  Stock Class. These items allowed - Carpets, Change of Radio, Radial  Tyres, Seat Belts, indicators and Period Accessories. ANYTHING ELSE WILL  PUT YOU INTO MODIFIED CLASS

11: The Judges reserve the right to place a vehicle in the class it deems it to be in

12: No dogs allowed. (Council Rules)

13: No Late Entries will be accepted AFTER 8.00 am on the 28th of November.

14: The committee reserves the right to accept or reject any entry. Unsigned entries will not be accepted.

REFUND  POLICY

If this event is cancelled under a Government Directive (eg COVID), a full refund will be made available. If  you need to cancel for personal reasons, a full refund will be  available up to 7 days prior to the event, and 50% refund thereafter.
